Job Description

YOUR IMPACT AT CIRCULA
As a Senior Account Executive at Circula, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle of our expense management and benefits solutions for the German mid-market. Your pipeline will consist of inbound leads (approx. 60%), complemented by self-generated outbound opportunities (20%) and pre-qualified outbound leads (20%). After a successful onboarding, you’ll achieve conversion rates of 20%-25% and contribute to expanding the enterprise customer segment.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Take full ownership of the entire sales process from acquisition to closing, focusing on deals between €20K–€100K ARR.
 
Engage with potential customers through discovery calls and tailored product demos that highlight how Circula’s solutions meet their specific needs.
 
Lead the sales process with prospects based on our Value Selling concept, clearly articulating Circula’s value proposition.
 
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and manage multi-stakeholder deals within the German mid-market.
 
Balance outbound activities and inbound leads, effectively manage your pipeline, and ensure an efficient sales cycle (around 90 days).
 
Collaborate with Integration Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Marketing to ensure a smooth post-sale transition and provide valuable feedback for product improvements.
 
Share customer insights and feedback with the Product and Marketing teams to support the continuous development of our products and campaigns.
 
YOUR TALENTS FOR CIRCULA
Qualifications. You have at least 3 years of experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, ideally within the mid-market or enterprise segment.
 
Drive. You’re experienced in managing multi-stakeholder sales processes in mid-sized companies, building strong relationships, and successfully closing deals.
 
Process Management. You’re proficient in using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce, managing your pipeline effectively, and tracking key KPIs.
 
Active Listening. You understand customer needs and can position our solution strategically to address their challenges. With your empathy and strong communication skills, you build lasting customer relationships.
 
Problem-Solving. You’re solution-oriented and guide prospects through the process using our Value Selling framework, always focused on providing the best possible advice to customers.
 
Collaboration. You thrive in a cooperative environment and are always ready to support your teammates while working toward shared success.
 
Language skills. You’re fluent in German (C2) and English, with excellent communication abilities that enable you to interact effectively with both customers and internal teams.
