Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Development and execution of RF test plans and procedures for various components and systems.
• Conduct performance testing, including measurements of power, frequency, and gain using RF test equipment.
• Troubleshooting and debugging RF circuits and systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Create detailed test reports documenting methodology, results, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing methodologies and outcomes, improve product performance based on test findings.
• Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience

Must possess/demonstrate the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of RF principles and terminology.
• Familiarity with RF test equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and network analyzers.

Recommended/Desired Skills:

• Experience with PCB layout and design tools.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and software scripting (Python).
• Experience with RF simulation software.
