About the Role:

As the Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll deliver objective analysis and work on mission-critical initiatives that will have a big impact. This position reports into Field Operations and works closely with all Sales and Marketing departments. You should have excellent communication and be a proactive self-starter who enjoys collaborating with others, but also works well independently with a high attention to detail.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Daily ownership of reviewing and processing closed sales orders (Demandbase deal desk)
  • Daily auditing of sales bookings against financial and accounting reporting (Demandbase deal tracker)
  • Coordination of hand-off of closed business to customer success and implementation team
  • Build and maintain key operational reporting, dashboards and support for ad-hoc reports in excel and Salesforce CRM.
  • Lead operations (end-user) support for Salesforce CPQ quoting system & Salesforce CRM
  • Continuously review and make recommendations for current processes and programs, to ensure efficiency.
  • Supports special projects and business analysis requests

What we’re looking for:

  • 3-4 years of professional experience in business ops / sales ops and/or an analytical function
  • Expert/advanced knowledge of Excel/Gsheets
  • Examples of creative problem solving, data manipulation, and strategic thinking
  • Salesforce CRM and/or Salesforce CPQ skills preferred
  • Experience working with subscription based products is a plus.
  • Ability to work EST hours a plus.
