The base compensation range for this position, not including the company bonus, is: $120,000 - $170,000.



What you’ll be doing: 


Develop and Maintain Onboarding Curriculum

    • Develop and iterate onboarding curriculum to be leveraged in biweekly start motions for the Revenue Organization (SDR, AE, GAD, CX).
    • Continually maintain a unified onboarding blueprint leveraging learning tracks and workflows in the LMS for Revenue Organization new hires.

Enhance Onboarding Experience and Performance Outcomes

    • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for transitioning new hires beyond onboarding into continuous learning (everboarding).
    • Improve the overall onboarding experience based on feedback and leading indicators.
    • Develop communication strategies to keep managers aligned with their new hires' progress.
    • Focus on accelerating ramp time and improving quota attainment for new hires.

 Program Implementation and Facilitation

    • Facilitate Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) sessions.
    • Plan and facilitate quarterly live bootcamps in one of our local hubs to focus on deeper methodology and product knowledge.
    • Manage the “Sustain” phase of the revenue enablement flywheel by determining when and how to integrate new information into onboarding programs.

Program Management.

    • Consistently audit content to ensure accuracy.
    • Ensure new members are meeting onboarding expectations.
    • Measure the effectiveness of onboarding programs using behavioral, performance, and impact metrics from tools such as Salesforce, Highspot, Gong, Continu, Zoom, ChurnZero, and Outreach.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Drive collaboration and secure buy-in on program design.
    • Partner with L&D and IT to streamline the transition process from company-wide to revenue-specific onboarding.
    • Influence and develop best-in-class repeatable motions for onboarding partnering with cross-functional experts to ensure needs of all roles are being met.

Involvement in RKO and Offsite Events

    • Assist with annual Revenue Kick-Offs (RKO) and other offsite events.

What we’re looking for: 

  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Onboarding, Sales Enablement, Customer Experience, Program Management or a similar role at a modern software company, preferably in the ABX/GTM technology space.
    • Proven track record as an onboarding expert with experience designing and maintaining onboarding programs for various revenue roles in an enterprise SaaS environment.
    • Experience enabling field teams with a structured methodology.
    • Experience building scalable onboarding programs for organizations of our size or greater.
  • Project and Change Management:
    • Process-driven project manager leveraging stakeholder management and change management best practices (e.g., ADKAR).
    • Experience operationalizing evaluation frameworks (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model) to measure readiness and productivity.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to drive cross-functional buy-in and secure stakeholder engagement.
    • Excellent communication skills for developing strategies to keep managers aligned with their new hires' progress.
  • Technical Skills and Tools:
    • Proficiency in using tools such as CRM, Content Management Systems, Conversation Intelligence, Learning Management, etc. for tracking success metrics and onboarding program effectiveness. (Demandbase’s current tech stack includes: Salesforce, Highspot, Gong, Continu, Zoom, ChurnZero, and Outreach ) 
    • Technologically savvy with the ability to use learning management systems (LMS) for designing onboarding and continuous learning initiatives.
