About the Role: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Tools Specialist to oversee the technical aspects of our seller focused tools, including Outreach, Gong, and potentially other seller-focused platforms. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless integration and optimal usage of these tools, facilitating accurate data flow to and from Salesforce, and extracting meaningful insights to measure the impact on seller performance and tool effectiveness.

The base compensation range, not including company bonus, is: $110,000 - $155,000

 

What you'll be doing:

Tool Management & Integration:

  • Oversee the technical implementation, integration, and maintenance of Outreach, Gong, and other sales enablement tools.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between these tools and Salesforce, including proper syncing and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with IT and Sales Operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to tool integrations.

Data Management & Analysis:

  • Ensure accurate and timely data capture from sales enablement tools.
  • Work closely with analysts to extract and analyze data, generating insights on tool usage and seller performance.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and KPIs related to tool adoption and effectiveness.

Optimization & Training:

  • Identify opportunities to optimize the use of sales enablement tools to enhance seller productivity and effectiveness.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on best practices for using Outreach, Gong, and other tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates of the tools, implementing enhancements as necessary.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT to align tool usage with business objectives.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on tool performance, integration status, and data insights.

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in managing sales enablement tools such as Outreach and Gong.
  • Deep technical skills, including experience with Salesforce integration and data management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills (as perceived by others)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Other qualifications that are strongly preferred:

  • Experience in either marketing technology and/or working in a SaaS environment.
  • Certifications in Outreach, Gong, and Salesforce Administration or related technical applications.
  • Familiarity with additional sales tools and platforms.
