What are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Specialist to join our Customer Success team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their success with our products, and helping to grow our business by driving customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.

 

What will you do?

  • Take charge of customer issues from start to finish - while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Respond to support queries, provide answers and be the go-to guide
  • Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
  • Leverage chat, email, and video conferencing functionality to help our customers.
  • De-escalate and resolve issues by leveraging platform and industry expertise
  • Work well under time constraints and meet schedules; at times with unexpected deadlines, to ensure client’s needs are met
  • Build mental muscle and become a product expert - you'll be a go-to resource for both customers and coworkers
  • Interact with cross-functional teams to identify areas where we can better serve our customer base through automation or added features.

 

What you must have ?

  • Bachelor's/ Master’s degree with 2-3 years of work experience in a customer/client-facing role
  • Experience with US client is an added advantage
  • Demonstrated experience in problem-solving with attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience with HubSpot, and Freshdesk is mandatory
  • Openness to work in US shift timings
