What are we looking for?

At Spyne, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Training and Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our sales team is well-equipped with the product knowledge, sales processes, and skills necessary to drive our company's growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, revising, and delivering training and assessment modules for the sales team, as well as onboarding and training new joiners.


What you'll do?

  • Develop Training Modules: Create comprehensive training and assessment modules covering product knowledge, sales processes, and other relevant topics to enhance the sales team's capabilities.
  • Module Revision: Regularly update the training modules to reflect product advancements, ensuring the sales team is always equipped with the latest information and tools.
  • Conduct Training Sessions: Organize and conduct regular training and assessment sessions for the sales team to reinforce learning and assess proficiency in product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Onboard New Joinees: Design and implement an effective onboarding program for new sales team members, ensuring they are quickly brought up to speed with Spyne's products, culture, and sales processes.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of sales practices and customer interactions, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high standards.
  • Feedback and Coaching: Provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales team members based on assessment results and quality assurance findings, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product development and sales teams to stay updated on product changes and market trends, ensuring training content is relevant and impactful.
  • Training Tools and Resources: Leverage the latest training tools and resources to create engaging and effective training experiences for the sales team.


What you must have?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, with at least 1 year in a managerial role, specifically within a SaaS or technology company that serves US customers.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes and strategies, as well as experience developing and delivering sales training programs.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and customer service excellence.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example, motivate teams, and drive results through effective training and coaching.
  • Willingness to work in the US shift from 7 pm to 4 am from office setup (Gurgaon location)
