About your future team 

Transaction Banking Operations is the pulsating heart inside Solaris. We own a handful of tasks, being responsible for both internal and external business operations requests. We work closely with Tech, Product and Compliance teams as well as third-party providers. Our main goal is to ensure the daily business operations are running smoothly. Your main contribution would be to support us in daily reconciliation procedures as well as getting involved in improvement and automation initiatives.


Your Role 

  • Process chargebacks for both consumer and unauthorized disputes and monitor all operational processes
  • Project managing parts of Card Operations to build scalable processes
  • Designing and leading automation initiatives, helping enable the Cards business in the rest of
  • Europe Timely incident management with involvement of senior stakeholders
  • Product, AFC and Risk functions collaboration, to help achieve the team’s OKRs
  • Vendor management with our different card providers

  • Professional working proficiency in English and German
  • You have at least 1 year working experience in a banking environment, preferably in processing chargebacks/ Dispute Resolution process
  • Strong analytical skills, SQL preferred 
  • Ability to work under pressure and with competing priorities
