We are looking for an exceptional Office Assistant to join our growing team. You will regularly interact with employees, customers, vendors, and building management in this role. The Office Assistant will work with the Office Manager to support our HQ in Mountain View, CA, and assist the Administrative Team as needed. This is a part-time role, approximately 20-25 hours per week, with some flexibility in scheduling. This is not a remote role, and the ability to work in the Mountain View office is required.

You will also be responsible for:

    Maintaining overall office organization, ensuring the space is organized and visually appealing.

    Monitoring supplies: Order and stock snacks and supplies as needed.

    Sorting and distributing mail and other communications.

    Coordinating office entry badges utilizing the badging system, ensuring accuracy at all times.

    Supporting meetings, events, and meals, as required.

    Assisting with various projects, including promo research/purchasing, events, and other research requests.

    Maintaining the Administrative Team ticketing system and filtering requests to appropriate owners.

    Building and maintaining trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.

    Additional duties, as needed.

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

    1+ years of administrative/office support experience.

    Experience with Slack and/or Google Suite, including Gmail, calendars, Sheets, and Docs.
    Ability to occasionally lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics

    Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

    Attention to detail and ability to take direction and follow through independently.
