Responsibilities

Workato Asia is scouting for an all-rounder partner consulting & operations intern to support the Alliance & Channels team in growing and scaling the partner ecosystem to deliver mission-critical outcomes for our customers. This individual will have the opportunity to work with a myriad of partners across diverse regions and support a team of high-performing partner managers. A great opportunity to join a company in hyper-growth, recognized as a market leader by market analyst for six years in a row. Specific responsibilities are included below, but not limited to:

    Project & Operations Management

        Assists and supports Asia Alliance & Channels team in development and execution of appropriate partner programs and projects using appropriate Workato methodology, processes, tools, improvement, and efficiency programs to ensure all outcomes are delivered

        Supports Partner Managers in ensuring project internal and external communication by (e.g. facilitating governance meetings, documenting, sharing minutes of the meetings)

        Contributes to gathering and communication best practice / lessons learned sharing within partner ecosystem

        Apply academic standard methodologies to improve our current processes and help Workato improve our partner operations, and provide recommendations and proposals on suggested improvements or efficiencies

        Lead at least one project of meaningful impact to Workato Asia
    Client Consulting & Engagement

        Driving and performing market research, competitor analysis and proposals to help enhance go-to-market collaboration and client opportunities

        Collaborating with cross-functional teams within Workato’s global offices to drive client wins

        Exceptional problem-solving ability, coupled with logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers, and the ability to untangle complex issues.

        Strong passion for consulting, ability to adapt and cope in a fast pace, challenging work hours and environment

        Coordinate meetings and activities with internal and external Asia Pacific stakeholders and being available for time-zone requirements

Requirements

    Ability to speak and write Korean would be a plus

    Strong background in problem-solving capabilities

    Experience with using metrics and process analysis techniques to measure work

    Strong interpersonal skills (verbal, written and presentation)
