SignalWire is seeking a Senior Product Manager. We are looking for a hands-on leader who is comfortable with ownership of their own product while simultaneously being a leader on the Product Management team as a whole. You will influence and collaborate with the development, marketing and sales teams for all current and new products throughout the product life cycle. You will also be responsible for: the roadmap across our portfolio; and reviewing, approving and prioritizing product development requirements. This role requires a passion for understanding and championing product-market fit and working with internal teams to make informed decisions on feature prioritization to deliver value to our customers and grow revenue faster.
Job Duties:
- Own the Product Management for the portfolio through all aspects of the Product Development process: prioritization based on product market fit and customer demand; breaking down initiatives into releases, epics, and stories; setting definition of acceptance and success criteria; developing ICP, use cases, while working with PMM team on launches, product market fit, competitive pricing, and sales enablement.
- Directly manage the product development process for our portfolio solutions or at least one of our core products.
- Identify opportunities and define requirements for growing revenue through new and existing products.
- Understand the needs of the customers for our target markets, and the needs to grow our business. Help us align the two via a clear strategic approach and impactful roadmap.
- Plan your roadmap with internal stakeholders, product designers, and your development teams.
- Communicate progress through regular demos, walkthroughs, and metrics analysis.
- Contribute to GTM team enablement efforts as the subject matter expert by creating documentation, walkthroughs, and presentations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of direct Product Management experience with some leadership responsibility
- Experience communicating both the business and technical rationale behind your product decisions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and a track record managing stakeholders across multiple company teams and functions.
- Demonstrated history of driving meaningful impact against key business objectives with a particular focus on revenue generation
- Direct experience working in a product-led company, CPaaS or UCaaS strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
