Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers for our products and services. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and will play a critical role in driving revenue growth for the company. This is an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level with a fast-growing company in a dynamic and challenging role. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through various lead generation techniques, such as cold calling, email campaigns, video, and social media outreach
  • Nurture relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and pain points
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value of our products and services
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Keep accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system
  • Stay current on market trends and competitor activity

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales development, business development or account development
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM. Salesloft and Vidyard experience is a bonus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Base Salary - $50,000 ($24.03/hr) - $60,000 ($28.84/hr) and will be determined on experience and geographical location
