Job Description

The UX Designer for Openprise is a key part of the product team, participating from the inception of new feature ideas to its completion. Openprise is a RevOps Data Automation Cloud that provides end-to-end data automation features for revenue operations teams to streamline business processes such as data cleansing, data enrichment, lead to account matching, attribution, and more. The designer will collaborate with product management and engineering to build wireframes, flows, UX designs and ensure high-quality fit and finish. You'll influence the product roadmap and ensure our platform is usable for builders and non-technical users.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in UX design, interaction design, and/or related disciplines
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent degree
  • Experience owning the end-to-end UX design of complex workflows
  • Experience in best practices for information architecture and design
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, Sketch, inVision, Figma) and experience with responsive design for web
  • Worked on enterprise SaaS products
  • Experience working in a collaborative, diverse team, working directly with Product Managers and Engineers in a mostly remote environment
  • Independent ownership of deliverables and schedule
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle priorities and switch context

Responsibilities

  • Work with product managers to design UX for new product features from wireframes to high fidelity mockups
  • Gather feedback from internal and external sources on UX designs and propose modifications based on the feedback
  • Maintain design patterns for the product and to actively identify areas in the product that requires updating to adhere to the design patterns
  • Learn and understand the Openprise platform to become fluent in the design patterns and design ideology behind the product
