About AvomaAvoma was founded in late 2017 in Palo Alto, CA with the belief that all of us have a love and hate relationship with meetings. When run effectively, people collaborate on great ideas, achieve alignment and ultimately make faster progress on their desired goals. But when run poorly, valuable time is wasted, information discussed is lost and scattered across multiple tools, desired goals are not achieved, and in the end, people blame each other.
With the increasing remote and hybrid work, meetings are a critical part of how people get things done, but it is still a very inefficient and broken experience to manage all your meeting activities using 5-6 different apps.
Avoma is a comprehensive AI meeting assistant that automates and simplifies tedious tasks throughout the meeting's lifecycle in one tool like:
- scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, etc. before the meeting
- transcribing meetings, bookmarking important moments, etc. during the meeting
- summarizing notes, saving notes to CRM records, sharing key moments, and getting coaching insights, etc. after the meeting
We’re growing 4-5x year over year for the last few years, and recently raised $12M in Series A capital from notable investors to serve rapidly growing demand. Our mission at Avoma is to amplify the potential of knowledge professionals so they can achieve their desired goals faster – by providing the most comprehensive AI Meeting Assistant with frictionless collaboration, and actionable intelligence.
